Scootboot - Pastern Straps

Scootboot Pastern Straps are designed to help prevent a boot from being pulled off the Horse’s hoof due to overreaching or when riding through mud.

Made from strong thermoplastic urethane (TPU), these straps provide durability with controlled stretch under load. When fitted correctly, the strap will stretch as needed without interfering with the Horse’s pastern, while multiple adjustment holes allow a secure fit for different pastern thicknesses.

Fit guide:
- Ensure the Horse is standing square with legs at approximately 90 degrees. Once fitted, you should be able to place one large finger or two small fingers under the strap at the front of the pastern to confirm correct adjustment.
