Simply show our great team where you’ve found a lower price and they will match it.
OUR PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE APPLIES TO ALL IDENTICAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE:
- In stock at EQ Saddlery
- In stock at our competitor, and
- Not an item excluded from the price match guarantee (see below)
- Feed products that are in stock within your immediate local area, any delivery fees will be taken into account, a price match will only be honoured if the total price including delivery is lower than the price we are offering.
WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE?
- Items from competitors that are on sale or promotional pricing
- Commercial quantities and pricing (ie. a reduced price not available to the public)
- Stock liquidations
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities
WHAT ABOUT ONLINE STORES?
Our price match guarantee includes products you find online – as long as the item is identical, in stock and available for delivery. When assessing the price match guarantee from online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location. If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will match that total price.
