We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.00 

For orders under $150.00 we offer STANDARD DELIVERY at a cost of $14.95

We strive to ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, however during a sale or other high volume period it may take our team an extra day or two to dispatch your order. Please be patient and rest assured our team is doing their absolute best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.


Should you be in a hurry to receive your order, we offer EXPRESS POST for $19.95

All EXPRESS POST orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday- Friday are sent out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm AEST or on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped out on the next business day.

Once a parcel is with Australia Post, we cannot control how long it takes to arrive. However, the standard guidelines are below:

Generally deliveries are completed between the hours of 8am and 5pm.


If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate EQ Saddlery locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are some items not available for purchase online?

Oversize or extremely heavy items, like jump wings, mounting blocks, lunge whips or certain sizes of supplements, are not available for purchase online. If you are interested in having a large item posted to you, please contact our EQ Customer Service Team and they will be able to arrange a quote for you.

Can I change my delivery address for an order?

If you contact us before the order has been dispatched, we can amend the delivery address for you. Please call our EQ Online Team at our EQ Saddlery Kilmore location for immediate assistance:

If the order has already been dispatched then unfortunately we are unable to redirect it. If the parcel is returned to us we can send it out again, however there will be an additional postage charge.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

Unfortunately Australia Post does experience delays, and this is outside of our control. Using your tracking number, you can contact Australia Post to get an update on your item.

Lost or Damaged Goods:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact EQ Customer Service within business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Our EQ Customer Service and EQ Online Team is available to assist from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
