Scootboot - Mud Straps

Scootboot Mud Straps are designed to provide maximum security for the Horse’s hoof boots when riding in deep mud, rough terrain, or challenging conditions.

Made from extremely durable thermoplastic urethane (TPU), these straps stretch under load while maintaining a secure fit without interfering with the Horse’s pastern. Mud Straps help improve boot retention and can reduce the risk of losing a boot if the Horse overreaches during movement.

Included:
- 2 Mud Straps
- 2 Mud Strap collars
- 4 Mud Strap sleeves to improve fit or reduce rubbing

Fit Notes:
If the Mud Strap feels slightly small, it can be heat stretched to extend approximately 10mm (3/8"), equivalent to the next size up.

If the Mud Strap can be pulled easily down to the coronet band, it may be too large and could come off with minimal pressure.

If a finger cannot comfortably fit around the periphery of the Mud Strap, it may be too small and could cause rubbing.
