The EQ Armour Summit 1680 with Detach-a-Neck Rugs are designed to give your horse a superior fit with uncompromising quality and construction.

Added to the detachable neck this season is an elasticated scrunch detail, to keep them snug. This rug is now also compatible with our EQ Armour Liner system, giving you the ultimate flexibility to layer on protection against the worst winter weather!

The EQ Armour Summit boasts a 1680 denier ripstop polyester outer layer which is our toughest in the range and able to withstand the worst kind of weather. Plus, its waterproof with the added protection of a Teflon® coating and breathable to ensure your horse stays warm, dry and protected throughout the colder seasons.

All hardware on the EQ Armour Summit is stainless steel and we know you will love the quick-clip front closures that make taking this rug on and off a breeze. Combined with crisscross belly surcingles and nylon elastic leg straps we have ensured that you can provide your horse with a secure, adjustable fit. NEW this year is the option of either traditional dual leg straps or the ease of a PVC fillet strap. Generous shoulder gussets give your horse the room he needs to move freely and comfortably, and a roomy integrated storm proof tail flap and comfort chest feature provides additional protection from wind, rain and cold weather.

Last but not least, the EQ Armour Summit rugs have reflective striping at the chest, reflective piping around the whole edge of the rug and a reflective logo on the tail flap making your horse more visible when he is out in the paddock.
