Cassie Merett

 

Cassie, who is based in Western Vic, was drawn to horses from a very young age.  From the get go she has had a true passion for riding in all forms, giving everything a go!

As a student of dressage, she also loves to jump and has spent time on cattle stations in outback Australia mustering cattle on horse back.  She's tried her hand at camp drafting, barrel racing, endurance and games and loves it all!

Cassie's experience has given her an in-depth appreciation and interest in anatomy and biomechanics and she is studying Equine Anatomy through Equinology, has completed a horse dissection Workshop with renowned Anatomist Sharon May-Davis, and is working towards her Society of Master Saddlers Qualification under mentor Paula Jeffery.

Cassie is meticulous in her work and strives to have every horse and rider feeling balanced and comfortable. She understands first hand, how much we love our animals and how important correct saddle fit is for their health and our riding goals.
