The standard shipping cost for orders under $150 is $11.95 Australia wide.

Free shipping for orders over $150 Australia wide.

Express Shipping is available for $19.95 Australia wide – applicable for any orders regardless of value.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Once you place an order and payment is received, our aim is to have your order will be prepared and shipped out within 1 – 2 business days.

Please be aware that our warehouse only ships Monday to Friday so if you place your order over the weekend or on a Public Holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT TO ME?

All items are sent through Australia Post or Star Track.

Items you have ordered may be fulfilled through different stores, so you may get more than one parcel. In that case, you will be sent a tracking number for each parcel sent out.

A reminder that all customers should ensure accurate address is listed as well as a correct contact number. In the event that an incorrect postal address is given and the package is returned to us, an additional charge of the original postage/freight cost will be incurred.

Delivery times are between the business hours of 8am-5pm.

If you are concerned about not being available at your home address, then a good alternative is to use your business address.

 

CAN YOU EXPRESS POST MY ORDER?

Standard post through Australia Post is $11.95 Australia wide.

We also offer Express Post as an option for a flat rate of $19.95 Australia wide.

Express Post orders received before 3pm on a weekday will be sent out the same day. Orders needing express post received after 3pm will be sent in the morning of the next working day.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS AFTER TWO WEEKS?

At times, Australia Post may experience delays in the delivery of your order. If you have not received your goods after two weeks, please contact our online customer service team on (03) 5782 1711 or email online@eqsaddlery.com.au
