HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Once a customer places an order and payment is received, then despatch of orders will take between 1-5 business days.

Advised delivery times will occur usually within 1-7 working days depending on your location & postage backlog*.
Please be aware that our warehouse only ships Monday to Friday so if you place your order over the weekend or on a Public Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT TO ME?

All items are sent through Star Track or Australia Post.

A reminder that all customers should ensure accurate address is listed as well as a correct contact number. In the event that an incorrect postal address is given and the package is returned to us, an additional charge of the original postage/freight cost will be incurred. Post Office boxes will not be accepted as a delivery address.

Delivery times are between the business hours of 8am-5pm.

If you are concerned about not being available at your home address, then a good alternative is to use your business address.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?

Yes, your order will be sent Australia Post eParcel or Star Track, which requires your autograph.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS AFTER TWO WEEKS?

We will endeavour to dispatch all online orders within 7 working days, however if you have not received your goods after two weeks, please contact our online customer service team on (03) 5782 1711 or email online@eqsaddlery.com.au
