HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Once you place an order and payment is received, your order will be prepared and then despatched within 1 – 2 business days.
Please be aware that our warehouse only ships Monday to Friday so if you place your order over the weekend or on a Public Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT TO ME?
All items are sent through Star Track or Australia Post.
A reminder that all customers should ensure accurate address is listed as well as a correct contact number. In the event that an incorrect postal address is given and the package is returned to us, an additional charge of the original postage/freight cost will be incurred. Post Office boxes will not be accepted as a delivery address.
Delivery times are between the business hours of 8am-5pm.
If you are concerned about not being available at your home address, then a good alternative is to use your business address.
CAN YOU EXPRESS POST MY ORDER?
Yes, we offer Express Post as an option for a flat rate of $19.95
Express Post orders received before 3pm on a weekday will be sent out the same day. Orders needing express post received after 3pm will be sent in the morning the next working day.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
Yes, your order will be sent Australia Post eParcel or Star Track, which requires your autograph.
WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS AFTER TWO WEEKS?
